Please be advised that the Board has negotiated a renewal with Bates that includes swapping out old, broken carts and the repairs of things like broken lids and wheels.

The best and quickest way to schedule these swaps or repairs is to send a photo of the carts in question to info@batestrucking.com.

A Bates customer service representative will respond with instructions and what day they’re going to arrive to perform the swap/repair.
