Dear Homeowners and Residents,

Due to current stay-at-home orders, the July 14th HOA Board of Directors meeting will be conducted virtually (see link below). As such, the new business portion of the meeting will be conducted as follows to ensure that everyone who wants to be heard has the opportunity.

Homeowners and residents who wish to raise an issue should email Byron McCauley at b.mccauley@cardinalmanagementgroup.com by noon on July 14 and indicate the topic upon which you wish to speak.  The comment period will be organized by topic area and each person will be given 3 minutes to speak.

We hope to see you on Zoom Tuesday night and look forward to resuming normal in-person meeting when permissible. The agenda is the first attachment and the ZOOM access information is provided in the second attachment.
