The Feb. 15 HOA Board of Directors meeting will be conducted virtually (see link below). As such, the new business portion of the meeting will be conducted as stated below to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to be heard.
Homeowners and residents who wish to raise an issue should email John Adams, our new Property Manager at J.Adams@cardinalmanagementgroup.com by noon on Feb. 15 and indicate the topic upon which you wish to speak. The comment period will be organized by topic area and each person will be given 2 1/2 minutes to speak.
We hope to see you on Zoom Monday evening and look forward to resuming normal in-person meetings as soon as possible. The agenda is attached and the Zoom access information is provided below.
