CALL FOR CANDIDATES TO THE RASPBERRY FALLS HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Association is seeking one candidate for election to the Board of Directors. This position will be for a three year term. The election will take place at the 2020 Annual Meeting to be held on November 30. 2020.
The Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors is responsible for the administration of the affairs of the Association and has the power to exercise for the Association all powers, duties, and authority vested in or delegated to the Association. Owners, Owner’s tenants, an Owner’s spouse, an Officer, Trustee, General Partner or Agent of an Owner or Mortgagee in possession are eligible for a seat on the Board. Please note that the Articles of Incorporation also provides that no Owner may be elected to the Board if payment by such Owner of any financial obligation to the Association is delinquent by more than sixty (60) days.
The Board is asking for nominations for the position available at the 2020 Annual Meeting. It is in your best interest to have qualified individuals serve on the Board. Consequently, we urge you to seriously consider being a candidate for the Board and to encourage other qualified owners to do so. Your success as an Association and your equity investment in your home depends on a high level of interest and participation on the part of all owners. If you would like to run for election to the Board of Directors, please complete the attached NOMINATING PETITION and return it by mail or fax to:

Nominating Petitions must be received no later than Friday, November 6, 2020, twenty-five days before the 2020 Annual Meeting on Monday, November 30, 2020 and must be signed by the candidate and five other owners.
