Resident Registration

Important: Only one registration per property address. All fields are required.

	User ID: Your email address. The email address is the User ID you will use to sign in. It must be a valid address.
	Password: Enter the password you will use to sign in. Must be at least 4 characters (only numbers and letters, no spaces)
	Password: Re-enter your password for verification
	Nickname: Select a name to appear when you interact with site. Can be anything. Examples: John, John Smith, Smith Family. Must be unique.
Please acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the TERMS OF SERVICE.	Authorization Code: Enter the Authorization Code you received in the HOA letter providing instruction on how to register. Enter it exactly the way it was printed in the letter including spaces. It is also case sensitive. Important: if you ever forget your password, you will need this code to retrieve it. Be sure to save it in a safe and convenient place.

Don't remember your password? We can email you a temporary one. All you need is your original registration email address and the HOA assigned Authorization Code [what's this?]. On the Password Recovery page, the requested Password Recovery Word/Phrase is your Authorization Code.
