You are invited to Loudoun's only Kentucky Derby Party to benefit the Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Foundation, Inc. on Saturday, May 1st from 4:30 to 9:30 pm at the Morven Park Equestrian Center overlooking the race course. The party will include great food by Better Events Catering, Mint Juleps, some old fashioned horse races of our own, a live telecast of the Kentucky Derby on a big screen, a hat contest, silent and live auction, and dancing into the evening. Mclean Insurance Agency hosts their 3rd American Red Cross Blood Drive on Thursday April 29  from 9:30am-2:30pm at 46179 Westlake Drive, Potomac Falls.  In order to meet community needs, our region currently has to import blood from other American Red Cross Regions. On May 20th, you can drive for charity and see tolls returned to your community. The Drive for Charity is initiative where the toll proceeds from a single day on the Greenway are distributed to March of Dimes, Loudoun Abused Women's Shelter, Fresh Air/Full Care, Echo Works, Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy and Greenway Scholarship Program that benefit Loudoun County. Take a spin through the last fifty years at the Third Annual Morven Park Classic Car Cruise-In on Saturday, May 22nd.  Spend the day listening to oldie's music and admiring an impressive collection of classic cars, street rods and muscle cars, fun, food, and festivities for the entire family and a display of over 30,000 Matchbox and Hot Wheels Cars.  Gates open 10:00 am  .
