The Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® provided an update on this critical issue on October 29th. DAAR strongly opposes this potential regulation as an advocate for homeowner property rights and the potential negative impact on property value. Here's an excerpt that includes a call to action:

On Monday, October 26th, the TLUC met and discussed several issues raised at the public hearing and at the September 28th TLUC meeting.  The proposal may be considered by the full LCBOS as early as their business meeting on Tuesday, December 1st.  For more information, visit the new DAAR call-to-action website on this issue - www.limestoneboondoggle.com
