A New Website for Raspberry Falls
Raspberry Falls @Home is transitioning from a privately sponsored site to HOA ownership. "Residents Only" features will be added including:
Public features will include:
- The existing Forum with public access to community news. The Forum will be upgraded to include opt-in email alerts when new information is posted.
- Marketing and sales information from Van Metre and Marquis.
- Ability to advertise homes for sale in the community.
- News from the Raspberry Falls Golf and Hunt Club.
- An all new user registration system for residents.
- A new user data base allowing residents to voluntarily add information in a community directory. The directory will be user-id and password protected for residents only.
- A "residents only" Blog featuring up to date HOA news, community events, meeting/event schedules and homeowner opinions/recommendations on local trades and service providers.
- Opt-in email alerts for residents when new, important information is posted.
- Residents only polls on important community issues.
- ... and much more.
During this reconstruction, you may experience temporary outages or abnormal behavior. We will attempt to keep these to a minimum. If you see this sign at the top of the page, you will know that we are hard at work in the background doing construction.Residents will be kept informed of our progress via the HOA.
