Raspberry Falls is one of the most unique developments in Loudoun County. Based on the hamlet design, Raspberry Falls features fine homes, abundant open space and wonderful views of the surrounding country and the Catoctin Mountains. The property includes many of the original buildings including the mansion, barns and silos. Several creeks meander through the property originating in the hills west of us, complete with natural pools and waterfalls.

The community features fine homes built by the Van Metre Companies including the Marquis Custom Home Division. The original county approved plan specifying hamlets was a first in Loudoun County.
