Both entities occupy space in the community but there is no connection whatsoever! The Golf Club is a completely independent business that leases land from Van Metre. The homeowner community and the Golf Club have a symbiotic relationship. The Raspberry Falls Golf and Hunt Club has in the past extended a limited number of "daily use fee" memberships each year. Check with the personnel in the pro shop.
